“I’m just checking out from the hotel. We stayed for three nights and I could hardly describe how grateful and pleased we are from the hotel and the service they provided. The villas are amazing clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite knowing your wish even before you say it. They have very good connection through What’s up with a lady which name is Samia and she is extremely polite and make every wish come true in minutes. The food is also delicious and they have nice restaurants. Hakkasan is situated here. We definitely will come back again!”
“The staff at this hotel is creme de la creme! Muhammad at reception gave us a full tour of the large property, and was so kind to ensure every possible need was taken care of. They allow you quick messaging with the hospitality team via WhatsApp, and they respond to every request within minutes. From the minute that you step onto the property, they anticipate every need and ensure that every guest is comfortable and relaxed. The attention to detail was incredible – the housekeeping team was extremely detailed oriented and thorough every day. The food was all great as well, from the breakfast to the restaurants for dinner. I really cannot say enough about how amazing the hospitality was at the hotel – we have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world, but the staff at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh really topped them all. From leaving treats in the room for us every day, to ensuring that our transportation to an extremely early flight was comfortable with breakfast, waiting in the car before the restaurant opened, and even the driver Mohamed taking us all the way to the checked bag desk before leaving, the staff was really unmatched. My only note is that the rooms are slightly dated, but due to the detail of the housekeeping team and the little perks that they left for us everywhere, it is not very much noticed. Also must say that the beds are beyond beyond comfortable! The best types of hotel beds that you dream about.”
